В Архангельской области раскрыли убийство 14-летней давности

Уголовное дело о расправе, произошедшей в августе 2005 года в Плесецком районе, направлено в суд. Пьяная троица в районе Салтозера забила до смерти мужчину, тело утопили в озере.
Как сообщает пресс-служба прокуратуры Архангельской области, среди участников убийства в августе 2005 года были отец (Фёдор, 59 лет) и сын (Евгений, 32 года) Елисеевы. Соучастником убийства стал 55-летний Алексей Бобков. Утопить тело в озере, опасаясь расправы и над ним, помогал злодеям четвёртый соучастник.
В ходе пьяной ссоры Фёдор Елисеев предложил двум собутыльникам расправиться над неугодным. Те согласились; потерпевший, получив не менее 16 ударов руками и ногами по голове и телу, скончался на месте. Тем не менее, его, уже мёртвого, стал «душить» шнуром, накинутым на шею потерпевшего, Бобков.
Тело убитого, ранее судимого мужчины, обнаружили в Салтозере 14 августа 2005 года рыбаки.
Елисеевы вину в инкриминируемых преступлениях не признали. Бобков вину признал частично. Как поясняет региональное СУСК, у следствия есть основания полагать, что мотивом совершения убийства стало устранение препятствий в вывозе металла и кирпичей с территории заброшенного поселка, которую негласно сторожил потерпевший.
