Архангельские власти пожаловались в прокуратуру на «управляйки», которые не борются с гололедом

Как сообщает сегодня администрация областного центра, специалистами департамента горхоза выявлены недостатки в работе ряда управляющих компаний. Напомним, накануне город стонал от чудовищного гололеда.
Архангельские власти напоминают, что в связи со сложными погодными условиями управляющие компании и ТСЖ были обязаны произвести посыпку песком тротуаров на придомовых территориях и крылец. Но сделали это не все управляющие организации. Наибольшее число претензий выявлено в отношении УК «Облик». УК «Малахит» и УК «АКС».
Специалистами департамента городского хозяйства составлены акты и направлено письмо в прокуратуру с просьбой принять меры прокурорского реагирования в отношении недобросовестных управляющих компаний.
