Вынесен приговор ранее привлекавшейся к уголовной ответственности за грабеж 31-летней жительнице Северодвинска, которая признана виновной в покушении на убийство.
Как сообщает региональный СУСК, 17 сентября в квартире дома по улице Комсомольской пьяная осужденная нанесла удар осколком стекла в шею 34-летнему сожителю, причинив тяжкий вред его здоровью, после скрылась с места преступления.
Прибывшей по вызову бригаде скорой пострадавший пояснил, что ранение причинил себе сам.
В ходе допроса обвиняемая признала свою вину частично и пояснила следователю, что удар нанесла в ходе ссоры с сожителем, после чего убежала из квартиры.
Летом 2021 года подследственная только освободилась из мест лишения свободы, где отбывала наказание за грабеж, совершенный при отягчающих обстоятельствах.
Приговором Северодвинского городского суда женщине назначено наказание в виде 6 лет лишения свободы с отбыванием наказания в исправительной колонии общего режима. Приговор суда не вступил в законную силу.
